Although it can be done, and everywhere they will tell you that you can get off.. This is not going to solve your heat problem.. because you will always have it at a minimum, and you can't do the least “understand it” only the maximum that does not affect you… even so, capacity at 2kw has more drawbacks than benefits, in the long run as the combustion chamber does not reach the optimal temperature when it starts, It will not burn the possible carbon that will be created little by little., and you will end up having to take it apart to clean it, so I recommend that you not lower it to 2kw, or that you directly change it for a model of 2kw.

Power can be done, although it is not recommended, It's like in the previous case, you are putting in more diesel than necessary, depending on where you use/mount it there will be no problem, but in certain locations (height) can cause carbon deposits in the long run.
